Infinity Fastener Solutions ("IFS", "we", "us") operates the Infinity Fastener Solutions mobile application. This policy explains what information the app processes and why.
Information we collect
- Account information supplied by Google Sign-In, including name, verified email address and Google account identifier, when you choose to sign in.
- Optional business contact details such as company name, telephone number, country and city.
- Quotation enquiries and selected product configurations. A WhatsApp quotation can be requested without creating an account.
- Contact requests and any drawings or reference images you choose to upload through authenticated account features.
- Security and session information such as session identifiers, IP address and user-agent information.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the catalogue, validate and answer product or quotation requests, authenticate optional account and administration features, prevent abuse, secure the service and maintain business records.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by service providers that support authentication, hosting, database, cache and file-storage operations. When you choose the WhatsApp quotation action, the quotation text is opened in WhatsApp and is then governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain account and enquiry information while it is needed to provide the service, respond to requests and meet legitimate legal or business obligations. Guest WhatsApp enquiries store the selected product configuration, quantity and enquiry reference without Google account information. The application uses HTTPS in transit and access controls for account and administrative functions.
Your choices and account deletion
You can permanently delete a buyer account from Profile & preferences → Delete account. This removes the account, sessions, enquiries, contact requests and associated uploaded files. If you cannot access the app, use our account-deletion request page.
Children
This business-to-business application is not directed to children under 18.
