Request account deletion

Infinity Fastener Solutions users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.

Delete immediately in the app

1. Sign in to the Infinity Fastener Solutions app.
2. Open Profile & preferences.
3. Select Delete account, review the warning and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your account, active sessions, product enquiries, contact requests and associated uploaded drawings or images.

If you cannot access the app

Email sales@infinityfastenersolutions.com from the email address registered to the app. Use the subject Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify ownership and will normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

Information that may be retained

Information may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or a legal obligation. If retention is required, access will be restricted and the reason will be explained when applicable.
